Information for Exhibitors​

​

Becoming an exhibitor at the AFCC Global Biobased Economy Conference and Exhibition will increase your visibility, enhance your existing business relationships and help to foster new relationships. 

​

Advantages to being an Exhibitor

​

• Exhibitors enjoy networking opportunities, making it the perfect platform to launch a new product, collect feedback, and generate new leads

• Federal government program managers, procurement officers, and contractors from all federal agencies will be present

• Presentations from federal procurement officers will be given

• The conference venue does not require masks or social distancing and is following the honor system which assumes all individuals have been vaccinated

• In-person exhibit tabletops and booths will adopt social distancing guidelines

• Tabletop and booth spaces come with exhibit personnel registration and in certain booth space full conference registration

• Coffee breaks and networking sessions will be held in the exhibition hall

  Non-AFCC Member Rate: $66/sq ft
   

• 10 x 10 Booth (100 sq ft)

  • 100 square feet of exhibit space​

  • Includes two (2) Exhibit Booth personnel registrations
     

• 10 x 20 Booth​ (200 sq ft)

  • 200 square feet of exhibit space​

  • Includes one (1) full conference registration

  • Includes four (4) Exhibit Booth personnel registrations
     

• 10 x 30 Booth​ (300 sq ft)

  • 300 square feet of exhibit space​

  • Includes one (1) full conference registration

  • Includes six (6) Exhibit Booth personnel registrations
     

• 10 x 40 Booth OR 20 x 20 Booth​ (400 sq ft)
