You may pay online by credit card or by check. Most major credit cards are accepted. If paying by check, select "offline payment" in the cart. Once you have completed the transaction, you will be able to download the AFCC New Company / Start Up Member application. Fill in the company and contact information. Mail a copy of the appliation with a check to AFCC, Accounts Payable, to the address on the application.
